Atos: lowers forecasts for 2024-27
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces a downward update of its financial projections for 2024-27, to reflect its results in H1 2024, current business trends and the expected impact on its free cash flow.
For the current year, it now anticipates sales of E9.7bn, representing an organic fall of around -4%, an operating margin of E0.2bn and a change in cash before debt repayment of -E0.8bn.
For 2027, Atos expects sales of E10.6bn, representing a CAGR growth of +1.2% over the period 2023-27, operating profit of E1bn and a E0.4bn change in cash flow before debt repayment.
Although free cash flow in 2026 is expected to be around E215m lower than initially forecast, Atos still expects it to be positive in 2026, with cash flow before debt repayment up E138m.
Assuming full subscription to the E233m rights issue, Atos now expects leverage to be 2.95x at end-2026, and less than 2x at end-2027.
