Ramsay Santé: net loss for 2023-24
(CercleFinance.com) - Ramsay Santé has reported a net loss (group share) of E53.
9m for its financial year to end-June, compared with a net profit of E49.4m last year, due to lower operating income and higher debt costs.
The private hospital group's EBITDA fell by 1.7% to E610.9m, impacted by significantly lower subsidies than the previous year, higher salaries, purchasing inflation and staff shortage constraints.
However, sales rose by 6.5% to E5bn, underpinned by growth in business volumes in all geographic regions (+7.5% LFL), taking care of 12.6 million patients.
