Veolia: BlackRock stake exceeds 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on 21 August it exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Veolia's capital and voting rights, now holding 5.
05% of of the utilities group's capital and voting rights.
The US asset management giant states that this threshold has been crossed due to the acquisition of Veolia shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
