Proximus: UBS on hold, reduces target price
(CercleFinance.com) - While maintaining its 'neutral' recommendation on Proximus shares, UBS has reduced its target price for them from E7.
6 to E6.3, a new TP that is slightly below the Belgian telecom operator's last closing share price.
Fiber consolidation is exerting pressure on free cash flow (-15%), the broker notes, adding that while the share is close to its all-time low, there are questions around competitive pressures and international FCF.
