Fnac Darty: examination period reopened for Unieuro
(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty has announced the reopening by Consob, the Italian stock exchange authority, of the examination period for approval of its offer document for Unieuro.
This period reopened on 15 August and will end on 23 August.
The offer by Fnac Darty and its partner Ruby concerns the 19.8 million shares not yet held in the capital of Unieuro, Italy's number-one electronics and household appliances retailer, which has a 17% market share.
The examination period had been suspended by Consob ten days ago, as the authority wished to receive certain additional information concerning this operation valuing Unieuro at a total of E249m.
