Accor: BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on 8 August it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Accor, and now holds 5.
92% of the hotel group's capital and 5.16% of its voting rights.
The US asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of OTC and market purchases of Accor shares, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
