Worldline: adjusts targets for 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - On the publication of H1 results, Worldline announced an adjustment of its targets for 2024, reflecting uncertainties relating to European domestic consumption in H2.
The payment solutions group is now expecting adjusted EBITDA of around E1.13bn to E1.17bn, as well as organic growth of around 2% to 3%, but is maintaining its free cash flow target of around E230m.
Worldline posted H1 normalised EPS of E0.74 and an adjusted EBITDA that is down 0.9% to E514m, on sales of E2.29bn, with organic growth of 2.1% (including +3.2% in merchant services).
