VusionGroup: launches share buyback program
(CercleFinance.com) - VusionGroup announces that it has decided to launch a share buyback program, and to this end has entrusted an investment services provider with a mandate for a maximum of E5m.
NB: cp +7%.
These buybacks will be made from 30 July to 9 August. The shares bought back will be used to cover performance share plans for employees of the retail digitalization solutions group.
