Capgemini: Invest Securities remains positive but cuts TP
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities confirms its 'buy' recommendation on Capgemini shares, while lowering its target price for them from E248 to E240, after reducing its 2024-26 EPS estimates by -3.
6%/-3.4%/-3.4% respectively for the IT services group.
The broker notes that while Capgemini has reduced its growth ambitions for H2, it should return to organic growth in Q4 and remains confident that the organic growth cycle will resume in 2025.
Given that organic growth that drives stock market performance, we will have to be patient, although remain convinced that Capgemini should be among the first NSEs to return to growth and outperform, analysts say.
