Vivendi: organic sales growth of 5.8% for 1st half-year

At the same time, EBITA was up 39.3%, at 619 ME, thanks in particular to the consolidation of Lagardère and the increase in Havas sales. On a like-for-like basis, EBITA was up 13.5%.
Lastly, net income attributable to equity holders of the parent came to E159m (-8.3%) for adjusted net income of E329m (+1.5%), giving unchanged adjusted earnings per share of E0.32.
