
Accor: 13% growth in H1 EBITDA
(CercleFinance.com) - Accor has announced net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent of E253m for H1 2024, compared with E248m in H1 2023, with EBITDA up 13% to E504m.
The hotel chain's sales rose by 11% to E2.68bn (+4% for the premium, mid-range and economy division and +22% for the luxury & lifestyle division), with RevPAR (revenue per available room) up 6%.
For FY 2024, Accor forecasts EBITDA of E1,095m to E1,125m, with a positive contribution to EBITDA from owner services, as well as RevPAR that is up by 4% to 5% and network growth of between 3% and 4%.
