TechnipFMC: signs major contract in Brazil
(CercleFinance.com) - TechnipFMC has announced the signing of a contract with Petrobras, following a competitive bidding process, for the supply of flexible pipes for pre-salt fields located offshore Brazil.
The contract is worth between $250m and $500m, and has been included in its Q2 2024 order intake.
The contract covers the design, engineering and fabrication of flexible pipes for water injection and gas lift.
Jonathan Landes, President of TechnipFMC's Subsea division, said that with this contract, we will use our global production capabilities to contribute to the continued development of pre-salt reserves.
