Soitec: Q1 sales down 23%
(CercleFinance.com) - In line with its previous guidance, Soitec confirms that its sales for Q1 2024-25 fell by 23% to E121m as reported, and by 24% LFL.
Also on an organic basis, it suffered sharp declines in its mobile communications (-46%) and automotive & industrial (-31%) divisions, partly offset by strong growth in its edge & cloud AI division (formerly smart objects, +47%).
The semiconductor materials supplier confirms its outlook for FY 2024-25 of stable sales LFL compared with 2023-24, and an EBITDA margin of around 35%.
