Eni: agreement with KKR for sale of 20%-25% of Enilive
(CercleFinance.com) - Eni has signed a temporary exclusivity agreement with KKR, a leading investment firm, to advance the sale of a 20%-25% stake in Enilive, worth between E11.
5bn and E12.5bn.
Both parties are currently negotiating the terms of the transaction.
This initiative is in line with Eni's strategy of attracting strategically aligned capital to finance its growth.
Strong investor interest could also lead to the sale of an additional 10% stake in Enilive.
