Covivio: raises annual target
(CercleFinance.com) - On its half-yearly publication, Covivio announces that it is now targeting 2024 recurring net income (adjusted EPRA earnings) of around E460m (vs.
an initial target of E440m), up 6% y-o-y.
The real estate company posted H1 adjusted EPRA Earnings that are up 3% at E231m (-4.8% to E2.24 per share), on consolidated revenues of E500m (E327m group share), up 1.8% (+6.5% LFL).
At end-June, net asset value (EPRA NTA) was up 2.3% over six months, at nearly E8.7bn (-7.5% per share, at E77.7), for a 2% increase in assets to E15.4bn (group share) (-1.3% LFL).
