(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM and Air France announce that they have successfully renegotiated their sustainable development revolving credit facility to E1.
4 billion, with an extension to July 2028.
As a reminder, in March 2023 Air France-KLM and Air France, as co-borrowers, signed a E1.2 billion sustainable development revolving credit facility (RCF).
This credit line, which had an initial maturity of 2026, came with two one-year extension options at the lenders' discretion, and included a 100 million euro accordion increase option, again at the lenders' discretion.
The first extension option and the first accordion option were activated in April 2024.
