Stellantis: E12bn credit facility extended
(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis today announced that it has successfully extended the maturity and amended its E12bn syndicated revolving credit facility, originally signed in July 2021.
The syndicated credit facility incorporates a large group of 29 European, American and Asian banks.
The RCF is structured in two tranches: the first of E6bn, with a three-year term (July 2027), and the second of E6bn, with a five-year term (July 2029).
Each tranche benefits from two additional extension options, each of one year, exercisable on the first and second anniversaries of the date of signature of the amendment.
