STE: sale of a building in Yvelines
(CercleFinance.com) - Société de la Tour Eiffel (STE) has announced the sale of the 8,300 m² Diagonale Ouest building in Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Yvelines), representing less than 2% of its portfolio.
Acquired in 1999, this corner building in the heart of the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines business district is leased to several tenants and has a shopping arcade on the first floor, the real estate company says.
Since 2022, STE has sold a dozen buildings at values ranging from E400,000 to just over E30m, representing a total of almost E200m, or 11% of its portfolio.
