LDLC: buys Rue du Commerce business
(CercleFinance.com) - LDLC announces that it has finalised the acquisition of the Rue du Commerce business, following completion of the transactions and conditions precedent provided for in the agreements with this company, and in accordance with the announced timetable.
Over the first six months of 2024, the business in question, which employs about forty people, had a sales volume of around E45m, for sales of around E30m.
This transaction, for E6m, entirely financed by bank debt, should enable LDLC to accelerate the expansion of its customer base, increase its reputation among the general public and optimise its profitability.
