Virbac: Executive Management changes
(CercleFinance.com) - Virbac announces the resignation of Sébastien Huron from his position as Executive Managing Director: he will leave the general management of the animal health group by 30 September to take a break from his professional life.
As a result, current Deputy CEO and CFO Habib Ramdani has been appointed interim CEO, while the Nominations and Remuneration Committee recruits the next CEO.
After working at Ipsen, Habib Ramdani joined Virbac in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board, before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and member of the Group Management Committee in December 2020.
