LDC: stable sales in Q1
(CercleFinance.com) - For its first quarter 2024-25, agrifood group LDC has announced sales of nearly E1.
52bn, up 0.2% y-o-y, associated with a 5.6% increase in volumes sold.
Following on from the trends observed in Q4 2023-24, business conditions have continued to normalize, explains the poultry specialist, which also mentions the gradual and voluntary intensification of its promotional efforts.
For FY 2024-25, LDC reiterates its sales target of E6.5bn and a return to a normative current operating margin of around 5%, including the continuation of the necessary promotional efforts.
