Vinci Energies: acquires Caitlann Consulting in Belgium
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies Belgium has acquired Caitlann Consulting, an IT company specialising in database management and support.
Caitlann Consulting is now part of the ICT business line of VINCI Energies Belgium.
With this acquisition, VINCI Energies Belgium strengthens its position in the ICT market and more specifically in database management, as well as its foothold in the south of Belgium.
Founded in 1998 by its owner Peter Claeys, Caitlann Consulting is located in Wauthier-Braine. With a team of around 20 Oracle and MS SQL database engineers, Caitlann Consulting manages over 1,000 databases, mainly for clients in the healthcare and public services sectors.
