Casino: 66 stores sold to Les Mousquetaires and Auchan
(CercleFinance.com) - Casino has announced the sale of 66 stores in accordance with the agreements signed on 24 January, with Groupement Les Mousquetaires and Auchan Retail France, based on an enterprise value of stores sold of E213m.
In addition, Casino announces that it has sold to Groupement les Mousquetaires its controlling 51% stake in five hypermarkets, already 49% owned by Groupement les Mousquetaires since 30 September 2023.
