Air Liquide: organisational and governance changes
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its Advance transformation program, Air Liquide is announcing a number of organisational and governance changes, effective from 1 September, to be more efficient and agile.
The industrial gases group plans to reduce hierarchical levels within the organisation and adopt a simplified structure made up of operations and functions interacting directly with each other.
In addition, a single, worldwide Group Industrial Division will be created to better meet the needs of its many customers, by drawing on its expertise and optimising its industrial processes.
Within the Executive Committee, Executive Vice President Pascal Vinet will oversee this newly-created Industrial Division, while continuing to supervise the Safety & Security function and the worldwide Industrial Merchant business line.
