Stellantis: signs MoU with Galloo
(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis and Galloo, a leading metals recycler, announce that they have signed a memorandum of understanding to enter into negotiations to create a joint venture specialising in the recycling of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs).
The Stellantis-Galloo joint venture will work with a selection of approved treatment centres that will collect ELVs from their last owners to enable the various parts recovered to be reconditioned, reused and recycled.
Activities are due to start in France, Belgium and Luxembourg at the end of 2023, before being rolled out across Europe. The joint venture will also offer its services to other carmakers.
