Safran: confirms talks with Raytheon Technologies
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran confirms that it is in discussions for the potential acquisition of certain flight control and actuation activities (ATA 27) from Raytheon Technologies.
Safran said however, that at this stage, it is not possible to determine whether these discussions will have a successful outcome, or to specify the terms of any eventual agreement.
