Accenture: sells French platform memority
(CercleFinance.com) - US consulting and outsourcing services giant Accenture has sold Memority, its identity management platform, the company's buyers announced on Monday.
The company, which specialises in the authentication and digital access control, has just been acquired by its two founders, Frenchmen Gilles Castéran and Francis Grégoire.
The deal aims to enable Memority to move up a gear by strengthening its strategic autonomy and accelerating its development, the buyers say.
The company aims to generate annual sales of E10m within the next two years.
