Dufry: successful reopening of offer for Autogrill
(CercleFinance.com) - Dufry says that, based on the preliminary results of the reopening of its public offer, which began on 26 May and ended on 1 June, 27,801,682 additional Autogrill shares (representing 7.

As a result, taking into account the shares already held by the Swiss group and those held in treasury by Autogrill, Dufry will hold 94.5% of the Italian company's capital. Dufry plans to delist Autogrill as soon as possible, i.e. in a few weeks' time.
Dufry will issue an additional 4.39 million new shares as consideration for the Antogrill shares tendered during the re-opening period. These new Dufry shares are first expected to be traded on 8 June.
