LSEG: CFO to step down
(CercleFinance.com) - London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has announced that Anna Manz has decided to leave her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Board of Directors, in order to become CFO outside the financial sector, at the Swiss food giant Nestlé.
She will remain CFO of the British stock exchange group for the duration of her 12-month notice period, i.e. until May 2024. The process of identifying her successor is ongoing and further information will be provided in due course.
