(CercleFinance.com) - On its quarterly earnings call, Medtronic's board of directors approved a dividend increase for Q1 2023-24, bringing its quarterly dividend to $0.

For Q4 2022-23, the medical equipment provider's non-GAAP EPS rose 3% to $1.57 on revenue of $8.5bn, up 5.6% - both as reported and on an organic basis.
For the year ahead, Medtronic expects non-GAAP EPS of between $5 and $5.10 and organic revenue growth of 4% to 4.5%, compared to $5.29 and 2.1% respectively for the full year.
