(CercleFinance.com) - ABB has announced that it has been selected to join the Bair Energy Green Hydrogen and Technology Alliance to provide expertise on turnkey automation, electrification and digitalization solutions that support the optimization of low-cost green hydrogen production at the 1 GW Clear Fork facility in Texas.
The MOU between ABB and Bair Energy explores the deployment of digital twin technology enabled by the ABB Ability 800xA simulator and the ABB Ability Process Power simulator.
Deploying ABB Adaptive Execution will enable both a 20% reduction in CAPEX, while accelerating plant delivery times by 10%-20%, which is a game changer for a project of this size, Bair Energy commented.
