Nokia: new fixed network solution in SaaS mode
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia has announced the expansion of its suite of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) fixed network solutions, with the launch of AVA Fixed Network Insights that will enable operators to strengthen their customer service offering while reducing operating costs.
Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, this solution provides them with automated recommendations to proactively identify and remotely resolve issues before they affect service.
AVA Fixed Network Insights is expected to eventually involve chatbot-based support with easy-to-implement recommendations that can be used by the end user - without the need for on-site or remote technical support.
The solution is expected to be commercially available by the end of the year. Nokia's fixed network applications, including Altiplano Access Controller and WiFi Cloud Controller, can already be deployed by operators via a SaaS subscription.
