Crédit Agricole: AGM approves dividend and appointments
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole has announced that its AGM, which was held on Wednesday, with a quorum of nearly 80%, approved all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, including the payment of a dividend of E1.

The AGM appointed Carol Sirou, President of EthiFinance, as director, replacing Françoise Gri, and renewed the directorships of Agnès Audier, Sonia Bonnet-Bernard, Marie-Claire Daveu, Alessia Mosca, Hugues Brasseur, Pascal Lheureux and Eric Vial.
