
Richemont: board shakeup
(CercleFinance.com) - Compagnie Financière Richemont has announced changes to the Board of Directors, along with the appointment of Fiona Druckenmiller.
Guillaume Pictet and Jean-Blaise Eckert, Non-Executive Directors of the Company since 2010 and 2013 respectively, have said that they will step down from the Board at the end of the current financial year on 31 March 2024.
Clay Brendish and Maria Ramos have also said that they will leave the Board at the end of the next financial year ending 31 March 2025.
Richemont announces the nomination of Fiona Druckenmiller for election to the Board of Directors. Her appointment as a non-executive director is subject to shareholder approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 6 September 2023.
Fiona Druckenmiller, a US citizen, is the founder of FD Gallery, a New York-based boutique that sells luxury second-hand goods, primarily vintage and contemporary jewellery.
