
E.ON: confident in annual targets
(CercleFinance.com) - On its trading update, E.
ON said it now expects to finish 2023 at the high end of its annual target ranges for adjusted net income (E2.3 - 2.5 billion), with adjusted EBITDA (E7.8 to 8 billion).
The German energy group announced a solid operating performance for the first three months of the year, with EBITDA of around E2.7bn, up E627m from the same period a year earlier.
E.ON says that this growth is the result of investment-driven growth, the recovery of the energy market environment, as well as the effects of the recovery in the energy networks business.
