Viacom: 'Mission: Impossible' tops global box office again

(CercleFinance.com) - The new "Mission: Impossible" sequel again topped the worldwide box office at the weekend, taking in 111 million dollars, comScore said on Monday.


"Mission: Impossible - Fallout" eclipsed China's "Hello Mr. Billionaire," which took in 64.5 million dollars, while South Korea's "Along With The Gods: The Last 49 Days" came in third, with revenues of 37.6 million dollars over the weekend, the audience firm said.

The sixth episode of the "Mission: Impossible" franchise was released by Paramount Pictures, a unit of Viacom.
