Verizon: beats consensus in Q4

(CercleFinance.com) - Verizon Communications has reported Q4 2018 adjusted EPS of 1.
12 dollars, up 30% y-o-y, exceeding the consensus by three cents.

The telecommunications operator posted an adjusted EBITDA margin of 33.8% for operating revenues that are up 1% at 34.3 billion dollars, boosted by strong growth in mobile customers.

Over FY 2018, Verizon reported adjusted EPS of 4.71 dollars, with revenues up 3.8%. For FY 2019, it expects a similar adjusted EPS and a low single-digit rise in revenues.
