3M: announces dividend of 1.47 dollar per share

(CercleFinance.com) - 3M's Board of Directors has announced a dividend for the company's ordinary shares of 1.
47 dollar per share for Q4 2020.
The dividend is payable on 12 December 2020 to shareholders registered at close of business on 20 November 2020.

3M has paid dividends to its shareholders without interruption for over 100 years.

As at 30 September 2020, 3M had 576,821,878 common shares in issue.
