3M: 'no evidence' respirators have been seized

(CercleFinance.com) - 3M said on Sunday that it has "no evidence" that products have been seized after media reports alleged that a shipment of personal protective equipment had been seized by US authorities, while in transit from a 3M China facility to Berlin Police.


"3M has no record of any order of respirators from China for the Berlin police," the US conglomerate said in a statement.

It said that it is currently working with German authorities to try to determine if this false report is the result of fraudulent activity.
