Nike: raises dividend by 10 percent

(CercleFinance.com) - Nike said late on Thursday that it has raised its quarterly cash dividend by 10%.


The world's biggest maker of athletic gear is raising its dividend to 22 cents per share, from 20 cents a share, payable on 2 January 2019 to shareholders on record on 3 December.

Nike, which has launched a new four-year 15 billion dollar share repurchase program this summer, said 2018 marks the 17th consecutive year that it has increased its dividend.
