Netflix: shares climb on broker initiation

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares in Netflix were up 1.
6% at 215.7 dollars on Thursday, after BarCap initiated coverage on the video streaming group with an "overweight" rating and a target price of 245 dollars.

The British broker says in a report that the reason why it likes Netflix is actually "relatively simple."

"If subscriber growth is faster than content cost growth over time, it could become one of the most successful media companies," the broker says.
