Mastercard: partnership with Europol

(CercleFinance.com) - Mastercard Europe says it is partnering with Europol, the European law enforcement agency, in a collaboration to harmonise their objectives in the fight against cybercrime across Europe.


Both parties to this agreement will work hand in hand to share knowledge and identify key activities where their cooperation will enhance cyber resilience across the region, the payment solutions group said.

Mastercard Europe also works closely with the National Bank of Belgium, the European Cybercrime and Fraud Investigation Agency (ECCFI), the UK Crime Agency (NCA) and the UK Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
