Estée Lauder: 2018-19 adjusted EPS up 21%

(CercleFinance.com) - Estée Lauder has reported FY 2018-19 EPS of 4.
82 dollars, up 63%. Adjusted for FX factors, the ASC 606 revenue recogniton rule and extraordinary items, EPS rose by 21%.

The cosmetics and perfumes group reported full-year sales growth of 9% to nearly 14.9 billion dollars (+12% in adjusted data), supported by investments in strategic priorities, according to CEO Fabrizio Freda.

For the new fiscal year, Estée Lauder expects EPS - excluding restructuring and other expense adjustments - to be between 5.90 dollars and 5.98 dollars, up 9% to 11% at constant exchange rates.
