KKR: reopens tender offer on Albioma today

(CercleFinance.com) - The renewable energy producer Albioma announces that KKR's tender offer will be reopened from 8 August to 9 September under the same terms as the first offer period, i.
e. a price of 50 euros per Albioma share and 29.10 euros per BSAAR.

The shares may be tendered either on the market or through the procedure centralised by Euronext Paris. KKR intends to request a squeeze-out procedure if it manages to hold at least 90% of the share capital and voting rights.

For the record, as a result of the first offer period, KKR will hold 27,049,985 shares, or 83.44% of Albioma's share capital and voting rights, and 551,205 BSAARs, or 99.95% of the BSAARs outstanding. The offer's settlement and delivery will take place on 11 August.
