Intel: new director of government affairs

(CercleFinance.com) - Intel today announced the appointment of Bruce H.
Andrews as vice president and director of government affairs, effective from 7 September.

Bruce H. Andrews will also oversee the company's public policy strategies.

Bruce's extensive expertise in public policy and international government relations, based on his decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, makes him a critical addition to our team, the company said.

Bruce H. Andrews was most recently with SoftBank Group, where he served as senior vice president and managing partner, joinlly heading global government affairs. Prior to that, he worked at Rock Creek Global Advisors as CEO and also served as deputy secretary of the US Department of Commerce.
