Home Depot: Q1 sales up 2.2%

(CercleFinance.com) - Home Depot has announced that Q1 2022 sales of 38.
9 billion dollars (period ended 1 May), up 2.2% on a comparable basis y-o-y.

Operating profit was 5.9 billion dollars, up 2.6% y-o-y.

Net income increased 2.1% to 4.3 billion dollars, meaning diluted EPS of 4.09 dollars, up 6%.

For 2022, The Home Depot expects LFL sales growth of about 3% and diluted EPS growth of 5%-9%.
