Halliburton: cuts quarterly dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Oil service group Halliburton announces that its Board of Directors has set its quarterly dividend at 4.
5 cents per share, reducing it to reflect current market conditions and uncertainties regarding the depth and duration of this turnaround.

This Q2 2020 dividend will be paid on 24 June to shareholders on record on 3 June. In addition, the members of the Board of Directors have decided to reduce their annual remuneration by 20%.
