Goldman Sachs: completes purchase of NN Investment Partners

(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs Group today announced that it has completed the acquisition of NN Investment Partners from NN Group N.
V. for 1.7 billion euros.

NN Investment Partners will be integrated into Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

The acquisition brings Goldman Sachs' assets under supervision in Europe to over 600 billion dollars, in line with the firm's strategic aims to grow its European business and expand its global reach.
