Goldman Sachs: EU clears acquisition of Advania

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of Advania AB (in Sweden) by Goldman Sachs Group.


Advania is an IT services company offering integrated end-to-end solutions to businesses, including software, hardware, maintenance and operations services, providing a range of IT-related services, platforms, cloud services and support.

The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not give rise to competition concerns given the limited combined market positions of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
