Goldman Sachs: partnership in student accommodation

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday, Core Spaces, an American student accommodation specialist, announced the signing of a strategic partnership with the investment bank Goldman Sachs.


The recapitalisation agreement with Goldman's investment division provides for the development of a portfolio of nine complexes representing the equivalent of 4,300 beds, for a total value of over 600 million dollars.

Core Spaces says it sees this collaboration as the first step towards building a common portfolio of upmarket housing in the US.
